Something real quick before I turn in for the night.

Lost

Not so old painting. Done recently.

Gross

Spore bull. Emits a toxic cloud into ventilation systems from the outside, mostly comprised of high levels of methane and viral matter that's been fermenting in its internal stomach.

A quick drawing I worked on last week while winding down from work. Might do a weekly drawing regiment, just to keep my talents in line, and improve.

Into The Void

One of the newer pieces I have done on the Cintiq. Did it a few months ago, something I'm proud of which is kind of rare.

Some kind of intense atmosphere for this explorer, the world he's on seems pretty hostile.

Update - Days of Thanksgiving.

Okay, starting with some of the past work here.

Most of this work is dispersed across a few years, so some may show more fidelity over others. Not only that, but I was restricted with a technical problem of having a tablet that was disproportionate to my screen. Luckily, that's been gratuitously rectified! I own a Cintiq 24HD now, and I love everything about it. Well, not EVERYTHING, but its certainly better than the tiny Intous I had prior.

These aren't in any particular chronological order, and varied amounts of time have been spent on each. The lovely lady below this text, however, was a sketch. The skeleton with a matchlock rifle and the body with a tank cannon for a face are tests to draw something within an hour. I'll upload a drawing that I also completed within an hour that's in color.

Also, I'm not sure at what resolutions you can view these in, leave a comment if you can't seem to get anything larger for the 7th piece. That was a larger piece.

Cleaning and Moving Out

I've completely forgotten that I even had this blog, luckily, Google was kind enough to remind me when I tried to dig up blogger again to get a new gallery going. I'm currently tired of recent events transpiring on a art website that I've been with for a very long duration of time. I'm finding that there seems to be a sort of disdain and negative connotations that comes with this particular website. Rather than rectify myself repeatedly, I would just start a clean slate, and allow people to make their own assumptions based on what they see on this blogger.

What do I do? Currently, I have the job of a Lead Concept Artist of an independent, or as all the people say Indie gaming studio...Hovever, I'm going to be blunt here and say that this gallery is primarily my own work, and you will not be seeing any of my work from my job here. Not like I'm ashamed or anything, but I'd like to keep personal work and work work apart for now.

Hopefully, with this blogger, I'll try to see if I can post daily personal work; with a small description attached hereto as to what my goal was or what I was trying out.

With luck, I'll be able to get positive feedback, and less page view number e-dick waggling. I am open for critiques and questions of the work I post on this blog. In fact, I encourage it. Comment freely, as long as it is both respectful and polite. Critiques that are not more than "this drawing sucks," will be promptly removed or completely ignored. You know, just as forewarning.

Cheers,
-Parker
